With over two decades of experience leading transformative digital and AI change management initiatives, I bring a unique blend of strategic and practical expertise to my work as a coach and advisor to senior executives & founders. Prior to my role of Management Consulting Partner, I had the privilege of leading a complex M&A and integration between a large tech giant and its first marketing agency and experience consultancy. I have led marketing and innovation initiatives for renowned global brands like American Express, Chase, Citi, and Epsilon. And I have successfully led a PE turnaround - through a people first lens. As the only female partner among 23 in my previous role, I’m deeply committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in the boardroom and beyond because I know it delivers highly efficient bottom-line results.

Currently, I serve as a Venture Partner at a female venture fund, and I’m honored to sit on the boards of three impactful non-profits.
